- Mango – Everyone’s favourite, rightfully called the "King of Fruits". Its natural sweetness make the smoothie rich and delicious.
- Banana – Banana is full of energy and rich in potassium, banana makes this smoothie thick.
- Orange – Its tangy flavour gives the smoothie a refreshing twist. Plus, it’s loaded with Vitamin C!

- 1 ripe banana – Bananas are full of energy and are really good for digestion. They also help make the smoothie thick.
- 1 medium-sized mango (peeled and chopped) – Mangoes are sweet, full of Vitamin C and A, and make the smoothie taste amazing.
- 1 cup fresh orange juice – Orange juice gives a refreshing twist and is great for immunity.
- 1/2 cup chilled water (or you can use milk or curd for extra creaminess)
- A few ice cubes – Makes the smoothie cold and perfect for summers.
